She has become an expert in applying the art of talent to the science of business.
Nishi's background is in all things Talent: culture, capability development, diversity, leadership and engagement.
For the last decade she has worked on the talent agenda for some of the world’s largest organisations across industry such as Shell, MasterCard, Barclays amongst other FTSE 100 companies. More recently she developed the talent framework for a brand new innovation organisation to enable creativity and freedom at work.
She has become an expert in applying the art of talent to the science of business.
She has led the Talent Agenda for one of the world's largest Management Consulting Firms and it is this experience that contributes to her ability to architect development interventions that harmonise the goals of both the employees and the organisation. She went on to lead as Chief Talent Officer for businessfourzero, a leadership strategy boutique firm and transformed their learning culture to grow the business. She then went on to become the People Director for Redkite Data Consultancy (An Accenture Company). Following various projects advising Leadership Teams on their
people strategy, she continues to work with clients to unlock the potential of themselves and their teams.
Having completed a Post Graduate certification in Personal and Business Coaching, she has proven expertise coaching and facilitating with energy and purpose. Her belief in people's potential has led her to achieving awards for her inspirational people development. Acting as an International Mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation, a mentor and coach to her local youth community all reiterate her natural inclination to develop others.
Alongside her work, Nishi enjoys a thriving family life with her husband and twin girls. Raising them with all the positivity and conscious values she holds true at work and home. She has developed an organisation to offer mindset coaching to children to build their human intelligence, Happy Little Humans.

Coaching and Mentoring Support for young people
If you are 11-18 this is for you!
I am committed to fulfilling my purpose to support others in maximising their potential.

I am offering a completely free introductory session for young men and women from 11-18 years old. I then recommend a 6 session course either via Zoom or in person to work together to achieve what it is you want.

We will focus on what is important to you, to build self awareness, develop an approach and plan to address your goals.
